Ever Fly LIBERTINI cocktail
The Thai magroot lime-scented “Libertini”
Originally created for the now defunct Ever Fly event “Libertine”, the “Libertini” cocktail has officially taken on a life of its own. Scented with the classic aroma of Thailand, it delivers a complex, yet refreshing tipple perfect for sunset sipping.

“Libertini”  Thai magroot lime & roselle martini
(one serving)
1 oz Thai kaffir lime leaf-infused vodka (bottle infused minimum 2 days before with generous bunch of leaves)

1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Mix all in a shaker with ice, strain and pour into a martini glass.

For lighter drinkers, serve in a tall glass on the rocks.
