Ever Fly (Ms Q) | Travel Concierge Service is specialized in Europe (especially Italy) and South East Asia (especially Thailand) – these are the countries where I am based. But my personal and professional network is global and I would be happy to leverage my expertise to support your travel adventures in other destinations worldwide.
Important Note
All Travel Concierge Services, Trip Design and Recommendations are highly personalized for each client. A Travel Concierge planning fee will be charged and is payable upon hiring. Fees are non refundable and can vary depending on the complexity of the trip. Travel Concierge service rates start from $400 and range to a premium fee for 360° Travel Concierge planning inclusive of Bookings and Reservation Management for all components.
*There is no Travel Advisor fee for hotel-only bookings. You provide hotel name, city, check-in / check out dates and any other relevant details. And I will leverage my preferred rates, special amenities and VIP perks for 4 & 5 accommodations within my network.
CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING PROCESS
We will discuss your preferences in more detail on a consultation call. I will then prepare a Travel Concierge proposal with itemized deliverables, based on the scope of your requirements.
I will send your deliverables with your complete itinerary and reservations, according to your travel preferences. This will include a digital itinerary that you can access on your mobile device while traveling.
