Arugula wrapped with spicy chorizo then toothpicked together with toasted fresh whole wheat bread dressed with a bit of garlic & olive oil. This began as bruschetta (Ms Q tip for non-italian speakers: the “ch” in italian is always hard, sounds like “bruscKetta”), but husband switched it up.
